Virtual Coastal Community
Here is a srarting point for a development of our virtual coastal community. Note that there are:

coastal bridges
-
oil storage tanks -- many
-
oil tanker berth terminal and its jetty
-
small harbour
-
rivers
-
many small streets and rail road
It looks like a well-developed coastal city which might be in Alaska. What we would like to do now is to conveniently modify the bathymetry, topography, and community presented in the layer, so as to meet the needs for our situation-based simulations.
