run-up using pcolwave

I am studying a case of run-up in rocky coast, which caused an accident on the bike path in Rio de Janeiro. And to Hs = 4 m, Tp = 18seg, deep = 5m, the maximum run-up has been 10m, while the formulas of Coastal Engineering Manual and the EurOtop for Iribarren coefficient UP 6 INDICATE ABOVE OF 14M. I would use the the pcolwave but are much lower than expected, the shore slope is 40 degrees.
