Running parallel pcoulwave in windows

Has anyone been able to get a working parallel setup in windows? The serial is working fine, but it would be great to get a parallel version for robustness. The command I use is:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft HPC Pack 2008 R2\Bin\mpiexec" -n 4 pCOULWAVE.exe

returns nothing. I get no error, but I also get nothing running as well. I'm using the latest 64 bit version (2013).

I have been able to run it in parallel in windows, but you may need to re-compile it yourself in Windows, so that it knows the location of included libraries.
