SOS--Where are setup/load files?

Hello everyone,

Today I have tried to compile COULWAVE codes. When I follow the steps listed in "COMPILATION INSTRUCTIONS.pdf", I am confused.

The PDF GUIDE says "Copy the setup/load files into ./pcoulwave". But where are the setup/load files? Are they in the SOURCE CODE files?

Who can tell me how I can get the setup/load files?
